Who We're Looking For:

• Highly motivated and results-oriented individual with a strong work ethic.  Open to learning new things!
• Independently resourceful- (what real estate training books have you read recently?)_
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• A genuine passion for real estate and a commitment to delivering exceptional client service.
• A proactive and entrepreneurial spirit with a drive to succeed. (Where do you see your clients coming from?)
• A marketing expert- and if not one, be willing to learn how to embrace social media and more!
• Prior real estate experience is a plus, but not a requirement.
• Loyalty- We're happy to work hard to help you launch and grow your real estate career!  But once you're up and running, we would hope you would stay!  We want to always be there to continue to help you grow your business. (If you've bounced around from brokerage to brokerage, we're probably not going to be a good fit).
