Keith Ference was raised in the Washington DC area where he obtained a BS in Business from the University of Maryland and moved to California in 1991. His prior background was in finance where he held several high level finance/accounting positions before going into real estate full time in 2002.  

Keith has sold homes in the south Orange County area, as well as Palm Springs since 2002. He has extensive experience in foreclosures and short sales where he worked with several large banks. He has extensive knowledge of the various real estate markets.  Keith has worked with several investors over the years snapping up good deals for long term holds to house flips. His goal is to have a fully satisfied client not only during the search and escrow process, but long after the deal has closed.
